Social Media Webinar

Community pharmacy teams can now access an online recording of PSNC’s recent webinar on making the most of social media. Here, social media experts Ben Stockman and David Angell offer guidance for community pharmacy teams on which social media channels to use and how to get the most from them. PSNC’s Head of Communications and Public Affairs Zoe Smeaton and LPC Chief Officer Nick Hunter were also on hand to give their top tips on making social media fit in with day-to-day work.

Hints & Tips

Speed buttons: Set up speed dispense buttons for quicker access to your most common functions. E.g. Claims, downloads etc.

Entering stock levels: Within the details tab of a product you can enter your stock levels. When adding in the stock level, input the amount of boxes you have on the shelf, followed by the letter ‘P’. Check the red pack size information at the bottom of the pager and enter stock as full packs. E.g. 10 packs of 28 will be entered as 10p. Press the ‘Tab’ key and the system will multiply the stock by the pack size, =280 in stock.
