Head Office 2.60

Analyst Head Office 2.60 is soon to be released and your system will automatically update over the coming days / weeks. This latest version adds the ability to hide inactive branches, plus a fully functional spreadsheet tool.

Further improvements to Head Office are planned in subsequent releases. If you are considering Head Office, or would like to know more information about the benefits, please contact your Account Manager.

 

Hints & Tips

Entering stock levels: Within the details tab of a product, you can enter your stock levels. When adding in the stock level, input the quantity of boxes you have on the shelf, followed by the letter P. Check the red pack size information at the bottom of the pager and enter stock as full packs. E.g. 10 packs of 28 will be entered as 10P. Press the Tab key and the system will multiply the stock by the pack size. i.e =280 in stock.

Adjusting order quantities: When you are editing an order, a quick way of increasing / decreasing quantities for each item is to use the +/- keys.

Assistants: There is a PDF document available on desktop for advice on how to create/edit assistants.
