Hints & Tips

Shortcut keys: Click on the Help button, select Contents and Index, and search for “hot keys” for a list of keyboard shortcuts to various features within Analyst.

Postcode look-up: Enter a postcode in the top line of the address within the patient details tab and press on the open book icon next to it. The address will then appear.

Smartcard log-in: If Analyst PMR fails to log in your Smartcard after signing in, try closing and reopening Analyst PMR.

 

Service Desk Statistics

At PSL we pride ourselves on our customer service and being there when you need us.

Our Service Desk aim is to answer 85% of calls within 10 seconds and respond to 97% of all calls within 3 minutes.

Overall, our average response time for July was 40 seconds.
