Agreement for Engineer to relocate your system

We, (Positive Solutions Ltd) agree to supply you (The Customer) an Engineer on a chargeable call-out basis to relocate Positive Solutions Analyst system to the address provided under the following conditions:

• You will be invoiced for a minimum half day call out charge
• You will be invoiced for the total callout time which includes engineer travel time and time on site
• Full day callout charge will be applied if the engineers travel time plus time on site exceeds 4 hours
• IMPORTANT: Each relocated terminal must be sited within 2 meters of a network and power point.

Engineer Call-Out Charges*: 

Mon-Fri    Half Day (Up to 4 hours on site) £295.00 (ex VAT)

                       Full Day (Over 4 hours on site) £500.00 (ex VAT)

Sat                Half Day (Up to 4 hours on site) £442.50 (ex VAT)

                        Full Day (Over 4 hours on site) £750.00 (ex VAT)

Sun               Half Day (Up to 4 hours on site) £500.00 (ex VAT)

                        Full Day (Over 4 hours on site) £1000.00 (ex VAT)

Please note that an engineer will not attend your site until this form has been submitted and you have been contacted by a member of the service desk to arrange a date and time.
