JOB TITLE:                     Trainee Service Desk Analyst

DEPARTMENT:              Service Desk

REPORTS TO:                 Service Desk Supervisor

PURPOSE OF JOB:       Provide excellent customer service and experience for our customers.

SUMMARY OF ROLE:  Positive Solutions specialises in providing technology solutions to our UK customer base. The successful candidate will work with a team of analysts and be responsible for providing IT and software support for our bespoke software applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide telephone support to our user base
  • Logging and categorising incoming calls and emails within our CRM system
  • Active involvement in the documenting and updating of our knowledgebase

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Good IT skills
  • Proven customer service skills preferably in a similar role
  • Previous EPOS or PMR software support beneficial
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solving skills

 The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, pension and 28 days holidays (including Bank Holidays) increasing to 33 days over 5 years.
